“All-ages home seating that makes daily routines easier and safer.”

Pediatric home seating for safer, easier routines
We visit your home and look at how your child sits throughout the day—during meals, homework, play and screen time. We assess the wheelchair, stroller and any home chairs, and set up cushions, straps, footrests and table heights so posture stays stable and comfortable.

A well-supported position helps breathing and feeding, improves hand control for writing and play, and reduces fatigue so your child can focus longer. We also guide caregivers on simple positioning habits that support growth and reduce the chances of pressure areas or postural deformities over time.

During the visit we fine-tune seat depth and backrest angle, correct pelvic alignment, set head and trunk supports, and match desk or dining heights to your child. If needed, we advise on equipment options and show safer transfer techniques. You receive a simple 24-hour posture plan that links stroller, seating and sleep routines so the benefits continue after we leave.

Adult home seating for comfort, independence and skin protection
We come to your home to optimise how you sit at the sofa, desk, dining table and in your wheelchair. The goal is a neutral, supported posture with effective pressure relief, so pain decreases, skin is protected and everyday tasks become easier.

Good seating can ease back and neck strain, reduce sliding and shear, and make reaching, transfers and personal care safer. We look at your current cushion and back support, armrest heights, foot positioning and workspace setup, then adjust everything to suit your body and daily routine.

During the visit we set the chair or wheelchair to the right depth and angle, balance pelvic and trunk support, teach an easy pressure-relief routine and suggest low-effort changes for the bed and bathroom. If car travel is important, we advise on safe positioning and getting in and out smoothly. Afterward you receive clear recommendations and next steps, including equipment options if required.

Home feeding & seating support

We assess how a child sits and swallows during mealtimes at home—looking at chair or wheelchair setup, tray height, head and trunk alignment, and hand access. The goal is a stable, upright posture that supports safe swallowing and easy breathing so meals are calmer, safer, and less tiring.

We fine-tune seat depth and pelvic alignment, add foot support, and set tray and utensil positions to improve reach and hand control. Head and trunk supports are adjusted to reduce sliding and promote a gentle, neutral head position that helps chewing and swallowing. These changes reduce spills and coughing and make self-feeding more successful.

During the visit we coach caregivers on simple positioning checks before each meal, pacing and rest breaks, and safe transfer to and from the chair. You receive a short mealtime plan with the correct setup, cues that help swallowing, and any recommended accessories such as lateral supports or tray mounts—so the routine stays consistent every day.

How a Home Visit Works

We listen and assess
We start in your living space and understand your routines. We check how you sit at the dining table, desk, sofa, wheelchair or stroller, and note pain, skin risks and transfer needs.

We set you up
Cushion, backrest and footrest are tuned to your body. Pelvis and trunk are aligned, head support is balanced, table or desk height is matched, and simple aids are suggested where needed.

We train and leave a plan
You and your caregiver learn easy positioning habits and pressure-relief. You receive a short 24-hour posture plan so the new setup continues to work after we leave.

What we adjust at home

We optimise your wheelchair or chair fit, cushion type and inflation, back support angle, armrest and footrest height, head and lateral supports, seating surface firmness, desk or dining height, screen and keyboard position, bathroom and bed transfers, and car seating for everyday trips. Recommendations are practical, safe and matched to your home.
